Interview on Financial Incentives for Companies to Engage in Dual VET in Serbia

During the last years, Serbia has been implementing a far-reaching reform of its VET system, including the introduction of dual elements. Austria, Germany and Switzerland have been supporting Serbia in this process. In 2017, the three countries signed a Memorandum of Understanding to further enforce their strong collaboration on site. In the frame of their projects, all three partners have been confronted with the question if paying financial incentives is an appropriate measure to engage companies in dual VET in the Serbian context. Learn more about their opinion in our interview with them.
