One year after the DC dVET anniversary event in Albania, we invite the dual VET community to come together again. The 10-years-anniversary gathering in 2025 showed the value of exchange, networking and peer learning. New partnerships were initiated, experiences were shared and cooperation ideas emerged. This year, in a hybrid format, we will reflect on what has changed since October 2025, celebrate achievements, discuss persistent challenges, and explore opportunities for future cooperation. The event will provide a unique opportunity to reconnect with familiar colleagues, meet new actors working on dual VET reforms, and exchange experiences across countries and institutions.
The programme will combine:
- Regional reflection on progress and trends in dual VET
- Learnings from recent DC dVET expert consultations
- Discussions on topics such as cost-benefit considerations for companies, comprehensive analysis of costs of dual VET, training alliances and SME engagement, the role of business associations and chambers, and legal reforms supporting dual VET
- Country-based exchange sessions focusing on what works, what does not, and what may be adapted from other contexts
- An update on new DC dVET products, services and upcoming activities
- An interactive virtual marketplace showcasing tools, approaches and project solutions from across the region
