These systems are socially rooted and effective, yet often lack structure, certification, and pathways to better income and mobility. Our new DC dVET products show how dual VET‑inspired approaches can upgrade these existing systems by enhancing learning quality, recognition, and inclusion, without imposing full formalisation.
