We are living in unprecedented times. The COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly triggered a deep economic and social crisis, probably the worst in modern times.

This means significantly less employment opportunities available in the labor market and long-term impact on education and training. The most vulnerable, in particular young people are the most impacted by the consequences of this multi-dimensional crisis.

As governments, international organizations and the private sector develop responses to address the consequences from the pandemic, the Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN) aims to enable a constructive dialogue and engagement between institutions and youth.

Solutions to new challenges will have to be innovative. Today more than ever, we need a whole-of-society response, with governments, academic institutions, private sector and youth, working together to find solutions and implement them.

By bringing together thought leaders from public and private spheres and youth, the GAN will create bridges. Together, we will design new solutions applicable to future projects and re-imagine a sustainable way forward. Join us!
