This course aims to provide a foundation for vocational pedagogy. To this end, the participants will be led to question the issues surrounding professional instruction and quality teaching in terms of competence development.
The course consists of exchanges with experts from Switzerland and the international community. The key topics covered in this course are issues of competence development, transversal competences and learning in an informal context. Visits to training companies and other training locations in Switzerland are also an integral part of the course.
First part at a distance
The first part will take place online from 7th to 25th November 2022 with one session per week.
Second part in person
The second part will take place in Lausanne, Switzerland, from 28th November to 2nd December 2022.
